Shipping & Returns

Goods purchased from our on-line store may be returned within twenty days at the purchaser's expense for a full refund (less shipping costs), provided that proof of purchase accompanies the return and the goods are in brand new, resalable condition. This does not apply to the Interactive CD, for which no refund will be given.

We calculate shipping costs using current Canada Post rates, plus a fixed handling fee. Your order may arrive in multiple boxes and/or envelopes.
